Who we are

Pimatisiwin is guided by members of the Aseniwuche Winewak Tourism Committee.

We are local tourism operators, guides and experience providers, each bringing our own knowledge, skills and connections to the land. Together, we have shaped Pimatisiwin into a place where guests can stay and experience our home, learn from the land, and be welcomed in a way that feels true to who we are.

Why Pimatisiwin?

Aseniwuche Pimatisiwin means ”The Rocky Mountain Cree way of Life”.

Our camp was created as a place to welcome guests onto the land and share a little of who we are, where we come from and the way we live today. This is more than a place to stay, it is an opportunity to slow down, breathe in the mountain air, and discover a place shaped by a community with deep roots in the Rocky Mountains.

Reframe the existing photo of Curtis Hallock so that his face and upper body are clearly visible and centered in the square frame by shifting the visible area to the right, while keeping the natural outdoor background, current lighting, and overall look. Only adjust the crop and framing; do not alter his appearance.
